1. Is your membership Free?
For a limited time we are offering FREE Gold membership to all users who join DelBeDel.com. Any member joining during the free registration period will receive one year of FREE Gold services. Extension of the free membership is contingent upon you following our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and providing accurate information in your registration profile.
 

2. Can I stay Anonymous by bypassing the registration process or  providing fake information?
No. We protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy can be accessed by following the links found at the bottom of every DelBeDel.com page. to ensure the security of all our members and to create a safe healthy environment, we require that you provide accurate information during registration. Membership with false contact information or with profiles filled with meaningless characters maybe terminated at anytime.

3. I registered online but cannot access the site without a confirmation code. Why is this?
You are required to provide a valid email address during your registration process. Within minutes of registration you will be emailed a confirmation code which you can use to complete your registration. If you have not received this confirmation code it maybe that the email sent by DelBeDel.com is being filtered by your local or server spam filters. Please ensure DelBeDel.com is added to your service providers safe list and try the registration again. 4. Will you publish or sell my personal contact information?
No! Please review our Privacy Policy. Your personal contact information will not be available to the public or other members unless you deliberately post this in chat rooms and public areas (which is prohibited).

5. Can I post my email address or phone number in my profile so I can be contacted directly?
No! This is strictly prohibited. You may not post your contact information on your public profile, guest book,  blogs or pages belonging to other members. All contacts must be made through the contact link provided in the bottom of each profile. Members found attempting to bypass this policy will have their memberships cancelled without notice.

6. I filled out a profile/uploaded picture/uploaded music/uploaded movie and it does not show up right away. Why is this?
Any changes or updates to your profile will have to be approved by our moderators to protect the privacy of our members and to ensure adherence to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. This includes new profiles and memberships. The approvals may take up to 48 hours to process.
